Service Cancellation

If you need to cancel or modify your tabletop styling service, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation policies vary depending on the timing of your request relative to your event date.

Cancellation Timeframes

More Than 14 Days Before Event

If you cancel more than 14 days before your scheduled event date, you may be eligible for a full refund minus any non-refundable deposits or expenses already incurred.

7 to 14 Days Before Event

Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on costs already incurred for prop sourcing, preparation, and scheduling.

Less Than 7 Days Before Event

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event may not be eligible for a refund due to commitments already made and resources allocated.

Service Modifications

We understand that event details may change. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify your service requirements. We will work with you to accommodate changes when possible, though modifications may be subject to additional fees depending on the nature and timing of the changes.

Refund Process

If you are eligible for a refund, we will process it within 14 business days of receiving your cancellation request. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Force Majeure

In cases of circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events, our cancellation and refund policies may be adjusted accordingly.

Damaged or Lost Items

Clients are responsible for the care of rented props and materials during the event period. Any damage or loss of items may result in replacement fees. We will discuss these terms during the consultation process.
